Its Ubuntu not ubantu :P

On Question of why Open Source code is more secure than other proprietary products the answer is simple, you get more eyeballs from programmers around the worls in case of open source, as anyone could checkout repo and say "hey, this is wrong or insecure code".

Whereas in case of proprietary products you have a limited team of members  who have access to source code. hence any process of code optimization  is limited to a great extent.</description>
